Agustín Pérez Pardella was born in Buenos Aires, Capital City.
Studied
at schools funded by religious (catholic) organisations.
He was a pupil of the philosopher Carlos Astrada in the Institute of
Philosophy at the University of Philosophy and Literature of Buenos
Aires.
He
was part of the casting members of the Merchant Navy Officers up to the end of
his career as a marine.
He founded the first-class-passengers-ship libraries, such as the “Eva
Perón” vessel, North sea line. In second class ships, such as the “Yapeyú”
vessel, North sea line, he drew up title indexes, content indexes and author’s
biographical information indexes. In immigrants ships such as the “Salta”
vessel, he organised a programme of studies of the Spanish language for the
Italian passengers during their journey from Naples to Buenos Aires.
He
was General Director at the “Centro Cultural General San Martin” (from 1996
to 1999). He is also president of the Argentinean Authors Society, ARGENTORES.
He is an academic member of the Academia Nacional San Martiniana.

sus estudios en colegios dependientes de instituciones religiosas.
Fue
alumno del filósofo Carlos Astrada en el instituto de Filosofía de la Facultad
de Filosofía y Letras de Buenos Aires
(
UBA ).
Perteneció
al elenco de oficiales de la Marina Mercante hasta finalizar su carrera de
marino.
Fundó
las bibliotecas en buques de pasajeros de primera clase tipo “Eva Perón” línea
mar del Norte, en los de clase turística línea mar del Norte
tipo “Yapeyú” redactó índice de títulos, contenido y datos biográficos
de los autores; y en buques de inmigrantes, como en el caso del “Salta”,
organizó el estudio voluntario de castellano entre los pasajeros italianos
durante el viaje de Nápoles a Buenos Aires.
Fue
Director General del “Centro Cultural General San Martín” ( del año 1996
al año 1999). Es Presidente de la Sociedad Argentina de Autores, ARGENTORES;
y es miembro de número en la Academia Nacional San Martiniana.
La
Embajada de la República de la China solicitó la obra completa del escritor,
para la biblioteca Nacional de Pekín, la cual ahora se encuentra allí, en su
integridad.
Es
actual Nominado Argentino al Premio Nobel de Literatura, Por la Sociedad
Argentina de Escritores, con la adhesión de muchos organismos culturales
nacionales e internacionales.

He was distinguished on 2003 by the Legislative
Body of the City of Buenos Aires, through the Resolution 313/2002, it involved
an homage act to the writer at Salón Dorado (Golden Room) of the mentioned
Legislature, and the giving of a Certificate to his work within the literature
and culture in Argentina. It red: "TO AGUSTIN PÉREZ PARDELLA AS AN
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT TO HIS LABOUR IN ARGENTINEAN LITERATURE."
Fue distinguido en
2002 por la Legislatura de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, a través de la
Resolución 313/2002, la cual constó de una acto de reconocimiento al escritor
en el Salón Dorado de dicha Legislatura, y en la entrega de un diploma de la
Legislatura como reconocimiento a su labor en las letras argentinas. Resolución
de la Legislatura de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, 2002: Art.1: Acto de
reconocimiento al escritor Agustín Pérez Pardella. Art 2: Disertación sobre

of the Province of San Juan, by the Legislative Body of that Province, and by
the Body of National Deputies of Argentina, 2003. El
título de "Ciudadano Ilustre" de la provincia de San Juan, le fue

POR LOS DERECHOS DE AUTOR Y LA EDUCACIÓN EN ARGENTINA Y EN EL MUNDO
He
took part, in representation of all Argentinean authors, of the International
Congresses of CISAC (International Confederation of Societies of Authors and
Composers), taking his continuous struggle in defence of author's rights around
the world: Ibero-american Committee (Lima 24/03/2003 - 25/03/2003), Dramatic, Literary and Audiovisual
Works Technical Committee (Edinburgh, 07/11/2002 - 08/11/2002), Radio and Television Broadcasting
Technical Committee (Istanbul, 20/10/2003 - 21/10/2003), Dramatic,
Literary and Audiovisual Works Technical Committee (Dakar, 20/10/2003 -
21/10/2003), Dramatic, Literary and Audiovisual Works
Technical Committee (Lisbon, 14/11/2000), Ibero-american Committee (Rio de
Janeiro,09/05/01-10/05/01), Encounter between Argentores and SIAE – Italian
Society of Authors and Editors – 2001, Encounter between Argentores and SOPE
– Greek Society of Authors – 2001, Represented Argentinean authors and took
an active part at the Cisac Congress at Santiago de Chilli,
24/09/2000-27/09/2000, with the participation of the present Chilean President
and the former Spanish President, Felipe Gonzales; and took part of the Cisac
Congress in London, 22/09/2002-24/09/2002, to which attended a congregation
representing Her Majesty of the United Kingdom.
Among all enterprises he carried out at an educational and professional
level concerning author's rights in Argentina, maybe the most outstanding of all
were the important International Seminary on Author's Rights for magistrates,
which he opened and promoted. This encounter took place in the province of
Cordoba, 2002, and was sponsored by CISAC, SADAIC and ARGENTORES.
He signed the contract in representation of Argentores for the creation
of the Postgrade curse on Author's Rights and Joint Rights, at the Law Collage
of the Province of Jujuy, institution that conveyed this project together with
the University of Buenos Aires and ARGNETORES.
He thought up and organized together with the Author's Societies of
Brazil, Mexico, Chilli and Uruguay, the creation of FEDRA, an organization for
the defence of Dramatic Author's Rights in the American Continent.
He took to secondary and primary schools in Buenos Aires, as an
Argentores project, all basic notions of author's rights and management.

lucha en defensa de los derechos de autor al mundo entero: Comité

e intervino en el Congreso de la CISAC (Santiago de Chile,
24/09/2000 - 27/09/2000, al cual concurrió el actual Presidente de la República
de Chile, y el ex Presidente español, Felipe Gonzáles; y al Congreso de la
CISAC (Londres, 22/09/2002 - 24/09/2002),
al cual concurrieron representantes de Su Majestad del Reino Unido.
Entre
los emprendimientos educacionales que llevó a cabo dentro del marco del derecho
de autor, en toda la República Argentina, figuran como los más destacados el
importante Seminario Internacional para
magistrados, el cual inauguró y promovió, con respecto al derecho de autor.
Esta reunión tomó lugar en la Provincia de Córdoba, 2002, y fue patrocinada
por CISAC, SADAIC y ARGENTORES.
Firmó
el convenio en representación de ARGENTORES para la creación del curso de
Postgrado en Derecho de Autor y en derechos Conexos, en la sede del Colegio de
Abogados de Jujuy, institución que convino la realización del programa con
Argentores y la Universidad de Buenos Aires, UBA, 2003.
De dicho postgrado ya hay numerosos graduados.
Ideó
y promovió la creación de FEDRA, organización cultural y de defensa del Gran
Derecho en el continente Americano, integrada por las Sociedades de Derecho de
Autor de Méjico, Brasil, Uruguay, Chile y Argentina.
Llevó en un emprendimiento desde Argentores,
las nociones básicas del derecho de autor y su gestión, a escuelas primarias y
secundarias de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires.
